Setup plus twelve monthly fees. Visible: €738. Found: €1,498. Booked: €2,678. From the second year only the monthly fee. All prices are final.

After the minimum term you can leave at any time with all files and run the site elsewhere. But the monthly fee pays for exactly what a “bought” site lacks: hosting, domain, backups, updates, and someone who makes your changes. Most sites don’t die because they were badly built. They die because nobody looked after them after go-live.

Nothing automatic. The contract continues until you cancel, monthly with one month’s notice. There is no renewal for another year and no price increase you don’t know about.

By default I register and manage it and pay for it out of the monthly fee. That’s the convenient way: one invoice, one contact, nothing to renew. If you’d rather hold the domain yourself, you register it in your name and I manage it technically. Just as possible, it only costs you your own registration.

Then I transfer it to you or your new provider. Free of charge, on request, and I issue the necessary releases within three working days. A domain is not a hostage.

From the day your questionnaire is complete. After four working days you see the draft, then your feedback, then go-live. If you need three weeks for the questionnaire, it takes three weeks longer. That’s on you, not me, and I’ll tell you so.

Yes, that’s the normal case. I write the copy from your questionnaire answers. Images come from your material if you have any, otherwise from licence-free sources. One thing you should have is a good photo of yourself. I can’t replace that, and it’s the most important image on the site.

Anything you email me that can be done within the agreed time: new opening hours, a price, a text, an image, a new section. Visible: one change of up to 20 minutes a month; Found: two of up to 30 minutes each; Booked: four. Anything beyond that I charge at €60 per hour, announced beforehand, never afterwards.

No, not in the package. A shop is a different project with payment, shipping, tax and considerably more care. I do build shops, but as a separate quote by effort. Tell me what you want to sell and I’ll tell you what it costs.

I only take sites I built myself into ongoing care. Foreign code is the most common source of problems nobody can foresee. What I do: use your existing site as a template and rebuild it in one of the packages. Content and domain stay, the technology becomes clean.

The setup in two halves by bank transfer: 50 % on order, 50 % before go-live. The monthly fee by SEPA direct debit, first debit in the month of go-live. You get a proper invoice for everything.

Your site keeps running. It sits with a hosting provider in Frankfurt, not at my home. I announce holidays at least 14 days in advance, at most four weeks a year. In case I’m unavailable for longer, from handover you have a document with all access details and contacts.
