How billing works
You pay the setup in two halves by bank transfer: 50 % on order, 50 % before go-live. The monthly fee is collected by SEPA direct debit, first in the month of go-live. The minimum term is 12 months from go-live; after that you can cancel monthly, with one month’s notice to the end of the month, by email. On cancellation you receive all files of your website within five working days, free of charge; the site stays online for another 30 days. Changes beyond the monthly allowance are charged at €60 per hour in 15-minute steps, always announced beforehand.

The packages have fixed prices because they have a fixed scope. Some things need more: more technology, more time or a different kind of care. I do those too, but not at the package price: as a separate quote by effort. That includes:

How to get a quote: you tell me what you have in mind, two or three sentences are enough. Within two working days I tell you whether I can do it and ask my questions. Then you get a written quote with a fixed price or hourly rate and a time estimate. Only once you accept do I start.
